status change G4 to H1B

Is it necessary to file I-539 along with I-129 and LCA to change status from G-4 to H1-B when applying for H1B cap on April 1 2009 if the applicant is already in USA?

Thank you in advance.

Hi:

No. However, given the semi-diplomatic status of G-4, there might be some other forms. I'm not sure, but it is something to look into.
