Hi Kathy
we got the general outline for our letters of intent on a web site that seems to have vanished !! However I've managed to dig ours out ...
basically goes along the lines of
YOUR NAME AND
ADDRESS HERE
US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service
YOUR SERVICE CENTRE HERE
DATE HERE
To Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service:
I, YOUR NAME HERE, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry FIANCE(E)S NAME HERE, and intend to do so within the ninety (90) days of her entry into the United States using the K-1 Visa.
Signed,
hope this helps some![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
