Hi there, Iam planning on applying for a school for my spouse who is here on a B-2
visa. My question is, will it be ok if i act as her sponsor? Iam a PR and would be
applying for my citizenship next year in March. Iam just wondering what the
implication might be In the long run. Would immigration deny her F-1 because her
spouse is already here and she clearly had immigration intention? Please advise.
