Special request for Meauxna, BE moderator.
Hi Meauxna,
Can you please do me a favor? If you are going to recycle things in RFE
Journey that I uncovered through my own research and then wrote and
shared in other places on the net, you should site your source.
Otherwise its plagiarism.
Oh, and much of what you paraphrased/plagiarized is flat out wrong.
Is there anything in the BE rules of conduct about BE members
plagiarizing the work of another BE member? If so, I would hope the
proper punishment is administered by the BE admin. Yeah, I know, you
plagiarized my work in RFE Journey (not in BE), but still not cool.

And a question: if it was plagiarised and is "flat out wrong", then surely the original text must have been incorrect?

What is your problem? Anyone can come up with legal research and ipso
facto stating what is already part of the public information domain is
by it's very nature and by publication in public forum and with
inherent copyright sought or given is without prejudice non subject to
the protections as intimated by you. You do not have Lucus Standi in
this group and therefore are even precluded form raising this matter
herein.

I have repeated stuff on VJ that I read here and I never say so and so posted this info. I just say I read it on BE.
I would say if you don't want people to use what you post, then don't post anything, then you have nothing to cry about.
