Just wondering if you had heard anything regarding your RFE or if you had any new info from your congressional reps or senators? Hope you have some good news or will be getting some soon!

I am about a month behind you in the RFE process (my info received by MSC
1/15). We're both in Colorado, it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. My RFE was because I sent in copies of our bio's, and although of course signed, they apparently wanted originals. My first NOA was 9/15 so we're just about neck and neck. I'll be keeping a close eye on your progress, it will give me hope!

I got back online today....after using my cellphone only for the last 6 weeks. All this delay in our petion case had caused major problems in my life.
First thing I did was look at our online status......no change yet.
We have stopped counting the days...way over 200 now.
No news from the senator's office yet. Only a prognosis of being expedited within 21 days...one week has already gone by.
I want to thank anyone who has wished us luck and patience in this long nightmare of waiting.
Hope we can post a hurray sometime here soon.
And Hypertweeky, thanks for all your support to Sid....he told me about all your posts.
Wow, so you made it to Colorado in speedy time. I am so happy for you...

I can not believe that they will put the RFE's to the back of the line
again. I guess MSC recieved my RFE on Jan. 30, 2004, so I have to wait
about a three more months and probably be 6 months before my wife is
here. ...

I am curious where one can find out statistics like these. I am
waiting on an RFE from Missouri (from December 30th) and wouldn't mind
a pointer to some report that says how many RFE's are left to process
until they get around to mine!
Thanks-
Derrick
