Default Should I file a Motion for Default Judgement in Lawsuit against USCIS?

The summons that I served on the defendants (USCIS and al.) said that they have 60 days to answer (one month to go), but the court's clerk posted that they have a deadline of only 20 days. Their answer is overdue now and it is so stated on court's site. Is this possible or is it a mistake? And should I file a motion to enter default judgement ASAP?

Thanks
