September Visa Buletin
The cut off adte for 4th category for family-based is PD of 15 Aug
1992. A few months ago, the trend was like for the month of May, the
cut off date of PD was 15 June 1992.
I understand that it all depends on how many approved petition are in
line. Is there any chance that the quota will be increased for these
categories. Is there any lobby for that. To me, it seems more
reasonable to let these relatives enter than not controlling illegal
Aliens. Or is it more beneficial for the country to have illegals?
