September 2004 Visa Bulletin posted
The Department of State has posted the latest visa bulletin. It is
available at http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi_bulletincurrent.html.
For those interested in statistics, this bulletin also contains some
never before compiled statistics (to my knowledge, at least) about the
DV-2003 lottery. Interesting stuff.
