I have filed my I-751 6 months back and i havenot heard anything back yet from NSC
yet. In the meanwhile things are not going very well between me and my spouse and
looks like we are heading for sepration. I have already finished my 2 years
conditional residency last August. I was wondering if someone in here has gone
through a similar situation and can advise me if we get seprated do i need to refile
my I-751 or what need to be done. What if we are seprated and not divorced?

If you have to move to an address that is different from the one you filled in on the
form I-751, make very sure that your mail gets forwarded to you. Other than that, you
do not have to do anything with the INS. When the INS sends you instructions (by
mail)on what to do (after they adjudicate your I-751) follow those instructions. Most
I-751 applicants are not interviewed by the INS before approval.
