revalidation - help July 6th last

revalidation - help July 6th last
I am on H1B and just recieved the documents.
My wife also needs to send the documents to INS for revalidation but not yet recieved approved letter from INS. It has been approved but not recieved the h4 aprroved copy yet. As we need to send the documents for stamping on or before July 6th because of new rules.
1)Will it be okay to send the H4 documents along with me without the H4 approved letter?
2) Wil it be fine to send the H4 approved letter seperately later to INS? (I think they will not track of it , but just wants to know the possibilities?)
