Default Resume Problem for H1B application

I just graduated with a Masters degree and got a job offer from a
company who is willing to do my H1B. The problem is, while studying, I
was working as well, without a work permit. This new company hired me
based on my education and experience. So, when they file my H1, they
will attach my resume which I submitted to them that displays all my
work experiences. My experience is not fake, but got it without work
authorization. How much severe my situation is? I am scared if my H1B
application gets rejected due to that fact. Any suggestions will be
appreciated.

For someone with a Masters degree, you're not the sharpest tool in the box are you? You're deportable, that's what you are, I'm afraid. A hot-shot lawyer is what you need, and fast. If someone at USCIS puts two and two together, it won't be just rejected, your ass will be grass.
