repost: what powers do the agents at the national customer service line have?
I thought I posted this but I don't see it anywhere.
I talked to a nasty agent today about my AP application and she was
just nasty.
The phone conversation ended when I said "You shouldn't treat ppl like
that, you understand?" and I hung up.
If she wanted to, could she slow down my application process in
anyway. Do they actually have any access to my file as to where they
could edit information in it?
