(rephrasing my confusing post): what is I-601 used for?
hello everyone,
i wrote earlier about having to file I-601 and paying $250 fee, which
our AOS interview officer told us we have to do, because i objected to
vaccines on I-693 due to religious/moral convictions.
i am now confused because after looking at the form i think it is used
for various medical conditions, and my situation doesn't seem to fit.
has anyone filed this form, and how long does it take for INS to
process it? what were your circumstances?
