I am entering US on the Visa-waiver program (allows 3 months' stay).

Can I renew for another 3 months by visiting in Canada/Mexico? What are the
requirements/limitations for the re-entry from Canada or Mexico? Can I renew
unlimited times?

If you go to canada or Mexico, you get the remainder of the original 90 days on
reentry. the VWPP is not renewable by trips to contiguous territory. If you require
longer than 90 days, it's best to get a visa.
