Default Removing Conditions

Hi there everyone,

About to file to remove my conditions next month in Orlando, FL, just
wondering if the below is good for evidence?

6 Telephone bills in my name
5 QVC bills in my name
2 Joint Credit Cards
about 12 joint bank statements
2 Joint tax returns
Both our eye prescriptions (Same date/time/doctor) + note from eye doctor
saying I am legally blind
Lots and lots of letters to me here (From Credit Cards, my magazine
subscriptions etc ... )
Magazines themselves addressed to me here
Photo's and Video's of us together
3 Letters from friends/family saying we are still married and living
together

And there's some other bits too but can't remember what we've got LOL :-)

Does the above sound good ? I'm going to be buying our condo from my wife
next month to refinance (Her credit isn't so good but mine is) but that's
after I file so I can't use the fact we are both signed as co-owners of the
house - sigh.

Time to start worrying all over again :-)

Hope that you mean you will be filing the I-751 at the Texas Service Center and not at the Orlando office. Cause if you file there, it will only be returned to you to file it at the proper place.

Hi Chris,

Your evidence looks good to me...best of luck...

I filed I-751 just recently with TSC also (end of May), and received NOA extending stay/work etc for a year in less than a week.

Good luck once again
