Default reliability of processing times

Hi. Does anyone here know if the processing times posting on the USCIS webpage
are correct or not? How many times per month do they update that page? Also,
does anyone know if they update the phone and case status online once a day or
many times throughout the day? Thanks!

I have read elsewhere 2x a month, day 1 and day 15

If you ring up you just get the same data that is on the web

You can probably ignore the estimates as to how long your case will take, where they are seem pretty accurate BUT some people seem to get passed by.

And every now they have a typo. The obvious ones are easy to spot.
