Can someone please give me more details for the relative visa?
What is it and which relations can be spondsored through it?

"Relative visas" are immigrant visas sponsored by family members. You will want to
stay away from them because the quota backlog is horrendous - in the most extreme
category, the wait for the visa is currently over 22 years, and even in the usually
best category, the wait has just grown from three to seven years.
