Has anyone been to the Houston INS office recently to file an EAD ?
My wife and I went to file AOS yesterday, the INS lady who attended to us was new at
the job, you could tell, cause she kept going back and forth to ask questions from a
Supervisor, she told us that the EAD will take 90days but when we went to pay the
lady said it will take about 30days
Dont know who to believe ?

Never believe this kind of information from the INS either way; they don't know. The
best I can tell you is to hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
You could go to the shusterman or visalaw site (see links below) and look up current
processing times.
