re-entry permit

re-entry permit
I'm russian student, i've arrived in the USA with Work and travel program, i've got J-1 visa. I want to go to cruise for 7 days from Miami to Bahamas, Jamaika and back to Miami. Do I have to get re-entry permit, if my visa is multi entry?

With the J-1 visa you only need your DS-2019 when you enter.
"Exchange visitors must have their Form DS-2019 in their possession each
time they enter the United States."
