Kind of a silly question from someone who has been around so long...but... Sadegh (green card holder) is out of the country at the moment. When he returns, I am guessing he uses the line for "other", not USC, since he's not a USC yet.

If I end up going to see him overseas and we return together, can he come with me in the USC line?

The 2 immigration lines are usually marked "US Citizens and Permanent Residents" and "visitors".

It varies from POE to POE. I've seen it both ways. In any case, no harm no foul on what line he gets in IMHO.

Last time I entered, Chicago, the Visitor line was shorter.

A big disapointment. But to be fair, unusual.
