Ok on the checklist.. it is asking me to collect all information
include (passport, photograhs, medical examation, RCMP certification,
birth certificate etc...)

But what do I need to send in in order to get the interview day?

I am applying for K3 VISA and I have no kid. All I need to send them
is the forms (DS-156 x 2, DS-230 (part 1) x 1, checklist (signed) x
1), not the doc (medical result, passport, RCMP Certification, birth
certificate etc...)??

If that is the case, so I can send in the forms before I got the other
doc?

Is there a due date to send in all forms and checklist? I got a
letter saying valid Approval date from Jan 12 - May 10 .. does that
mean I need to submit that before May 10?

Please answer my question.. Thanks!

My wife just sent hers in based on the letter she got from the US
Consulate in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The letter stated

"At your earliest convenience, return form DS-156 (Non-Immigrant Visa
Application) and the instruction cover sheet with your signature to
the embassy"

All total she sent back 3 sheets. (1 Checklist, 1 DS-156, 1 DS-156
barcode page). Note that the bar code page is only included if you use
the online form.

She collected all the paperwork they wanted and I sent her 2 copies of
the DS-156 (She doesn't have a computer so I filled out the online
application, printed, and sent it to her). Told her to send one copy
of the DS-156 with the checklist and the other put into a large
envelope along with the evidence they want. Told her to hold on to
that envelope.

Again, I'm hearing that the process varies depending on the consulate.

I also posted a question about due dates. My question was more
specifically on what the expiration date on the I-129F petition was
for. I haven't gotten a response yet ..
