Questions on I-864A

My wife is now a citizen and has petitioned for her parents to come to the USA from the Philippines.

We have submitted I-130's for each parent, received approval, and paid the $70 AOS fee for each parent. We are now at the step of completing the I-864.

It is my understanding that we need to submit an I-864 for each parent, since they are being petitioned under different I-130's.

My wife is a student, so my income will be used for support. Do I need to complete an I-864A for each I-864 application?

I also noticed there is a $400 fee due (received email and saw it listed under the automated payment system) for each parent. Do we wait until after we have mailed the I-864s before paying?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

There is no AOS involved in a process that starts with an I-130. Must be something else.

In this case, AOS = Affidavit of Support.
