Question on following-to-join-benefit
Hi, I hope somebody can help me with my question.
I have got my permanent residency since last year (2004) through
adjustment status from asylum. I have been married with my husband
since August 2002. Can he get the following-to-join benefit since I
have got my permanent residency after we got married? He is in Canada
now, and I am in the US.
If he is eligible, what is the process that I need to take?
I really appreciate your advise and comment.
