Question about special registration?
Hi All,
My wifes parents and siblings immigrated recently to the US on immigrant visas. They've received their greencards as well. They need to file a change of address form and was wondering whether they need to file AR-11 or AR-S11 (special registration).
Do they need to fill out the form for special registration? They are from Pakistan.
