many new problems my dad was jailed for fraud when he was young 23 years but he is not in trouble for 23 years. the lawyer said it may effect the gc for him. help!

What would you like us to do? Your dad was convicted of fraud and jailed. This is his problem (not yours), and you already have a lawyer to help.
