Question about OPT deadlines (1/14)
Hi,
According to the INS guidelines, a student has 60 days after degree
completion to apply for OPT.
If I apply after the 60 days deadline,
will there be problems with INS processing my OPT,
since I've applied after the 60 days?
If I have my university DSO process it on the 60th day, will
there be problems with INS processing it?

Yes. You were out of status, and no longer qualify for the OPT.

Probably. Check with the DSO.
