I am going to be sending in my I485, I130, I785, I131, etc ...at the end of the month
...I am wondering if I need to send in a copy of my arrest records from canada with
that or if I just give them a short explanation of what I was charged with ...I was
informed by the RCMP that it is going to take approx. 3 mths to get the records as
well as I need the court records ...I am getting a pardon at the same time while I am
waiting for my interview ...that will take 18 mths where I am told my interview will
be at least 24 mths ...I am already out of status by 5 mths and cant afford to wait
for the papers to be sent ...

Heck, go ahead and file it, you have nothing to lose...if they do not accept it, they
will merely return it. avlena
