query about change of status from h1 to f1

query about change of status from h1 to f1
Hi!
I would like to apply for a change of status from H1 status to F1 status and study as
a full time student towards a Master's degree. Here are my doubts.
1. What are the odds of a successful change of status
2. once I complete my Master's degree and wish to change my status back to H1, will
my H1 be the same old one or a new H1 issued (talking about the 6 year cap)
3. Can my Wife apply for a F2 visa right here in USA (without leaving the
country..ofcourse assuming that I got my change of status)? or does she need to go
out of country to apply for a F2 VISA?
