Protesting on this coming Monday, 4/7 AM at TSC
I am organizing the next protest at TSC on Monday, 4/7. Sign up if you
can go or enlist your name that Iwill give to the BCIS on that day at:

TSC 2nd NOA's (K1 Visa)
Hello,
From looking at the Yahoo link and at the data tables within it, I can see that 17 cases with 1st NOA's dated December 2002 (K1 Visa's) were approved at the end of March. Are these cases that were protested about at the TSC or does this mean that the TSC is starting to process cases again?
Is it too early to become optimistic yet?!
Our Timeline:
Jan 23rd 2003: 1st NOA from TSC (K1 Visa)
March 31 2003: Received e-mail confirmation from Consulate in London that Provisional File had been opened.
