Processing Times.

Hi everyone,

Its been a while since I have come on here, but I just wanted to ask a question.

We received NOA1 on September 18 2004 for our K1 visa. I just looked at the AILA website for processing times in Nebraska, and it says that Visas with a receipt date of Feb 2004 are currently being processed.

Are they really behind? Or is this normal?

In peoples experience, how long do you think it will be from now that we could expect approval from this service centre? Roughly speaking of course.

Thanks for any input.

The USCIS website says Nebraska is currently processing July of 2004.

Thanks for that! I have no idea what I was looking at, it was a PDF document called "Nebraska Service Center Processing Time Report (11/1/04)" on the AILA website. It definetly says Feb 2004.

Anyway, doesn't matter, thanks for your help! I shall keep that page book marked...

Thanks again.

You're welcome, glad to help! I know it's easy to find a site with wrong information...the first one I hit upon was one from 2003 processing times and almost sent that link to you! LOL Just keep in mind that processing times are not written in stone, but it's not a bad reference to have so you know if your case becomes overdue. :)
