Process after Obtaining Labor Certification
Please clarify this for me, after I hopfeully go through the LC process, I will have to send the I-140 and I-485 applications to the INS. I'm in Seattle. My question is, should these applications be sent to the service center in Nebraska or the district office in Seattle?
The reason I'm asking because The Seattle District office is processing I-485 applications from Feb 2004 while the Nebraska Center is processing I-485 applications from Jan 2002. I'm going through the Employment based process.
Any input is appreciated !
