OMG that is such absolutely splendid wonderful over-the-moon news!!!!
So now the university *has* to charge your daughter in-state fees. That alone must be a load off your back.
Just one thing: Once you've finished celebrating - or whenever you have a mo - could you post an approximate timeline from start to finish, i.e. when did you arrive on your H-visas, when did you file for LC, when was the I-140 submitted etc etc? (Also whether your DH was an EB1, EB2 or EB3).
I'm sure a lot of people who are in the process, or who are about to start would be very interested.
NB: For us (EB1 without need for LC), it took just over 4 years... :curse:
But do go and celebrate first!

This is our timeline.....
Arrived in USA on H1b October 2005.
PERM submitted January.....receipt date 23rd January 2007.
Approved 6th June 2007.
I-140 and I-485 submitted 19th July 2007, receipt date 24th July 2007.
All approved 16th January 2008
We had our biometrics done in Oct and received our EAD's and AP documents around that time...can't remember exact dates.
OH is EB2.
It was all quite fast really except when you are waiting it seems an eternity.
