Pregnant, do I qualify for expedite?

Here's a follow-up question to my original question. My husband did
take a very serious fall and SERIOUSLY injured his left leg. He is
left with 30K in medical bills. I wonder if this can play into
anything we are applying for, as in, I wonder if we can expedite
anything because of this...

Which case do you want expedited, the actual AOS or an I-765 (work
authorization)? I don't need my husband's AOS expedited, just the work
permit.

I'm sorry to hear about your possible problems if your case isn't
expedited. What state do you live in?

My K3 would be nice to have expedited so that my husband can join me. I live in PA.

Which case do you want expedited, the actual AOS or an I-765 (work

I don't need a rush on the AOS paperwork, just the EAD paperwork.
