Police Report,(Ekaterinburg)

Hello folks'
In a previous post,I was asking for any information in concern with
obtaining
a police record in My fiancee' city.
I received word from her today that she has the report in hand.I think
she was under the impression that it was more difficult to obtain that
it actually was ,that led me to search this discussion group for
information.

It was fairly simple.She walked into the police dept.paid $20 received
the report.

They asked for 20 US Dollars or 6000 rubles?
Or, did they not ask for any specific amount?
