Police record information
How does one go about getting a police record for a citizen of the US? The
visa requirements want a criminal background record from the people involved. How do I get one from the US? -Thanks |
Re: Police record information
You don't need one from the US, only from other countries.

Re: Police record information
As a side note, one of our business clients a couple of years ago. a
foreign national immigrating to New Zealand and several immigrating to Canada, needed such a police report. In that case, they can apply to the FBI using a US style fingerprint card, pay a fee (which I seem to recall was about 18-20 dollars) and send to the FBI. The answer comes in 3 to 10 weeks.
