Default Please reply H4 dependent port of Entry issue.

Dear members,
I,m H1-B holder. My wife (H-4) and Daughter ( US cictizen by birth) are
returning from parent country after almost 9 months of stay .
-What additional documents does she needs at the US port of entry other
than passport with valid visa stamp and her I-797 original ?
- Is this cause of concern as they are coming after a long break ?
- Do I need to send any letter from my employer as a proof that I am still
working ?

Any suggestions/answers are highly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

Just make sure your wife's stamp is valid, and your daughter has her US
passport with her.

No, absolutely not.

I don't think that would be necessary. Although if it is not a big deal for
your employer to issue one, sure you can send them one.

A copy of your marriage certificate and a letter from your employer
indicating that your employment is continuing will be a good idea.
