I read somewhere on this board about 2 months ago that the fiance that
is coming to the US could fill out some form and only have to pay 1/2
half of his plane ticket to the US after he has received his visa. Can
someone tell me which form and where I can get it? Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!

I haven't heard of that. In many cases you can get a discounted one way
ticket either from the airline or through a consolidator.

I assume you're talking about saving the return ticket for when it's time to make a pilgrimage back to the land of your birth. In that case, for how long can you save a ticket? It could be a couple of years before it's needed.
