Default PhD

I'd like to continue my postgraduate education and obtain PhD degree.
Can anybody give me any assistant in this issue?

Default Re: PhD

If you want to pursue a PHd in the U.S. and do not have a valid immigrant
visa or U.S. citizenship, you will have to apply for a student visa. First,
you need to be accepted by a university which will then apply for form I-20,
which you will use to apply for a student visa at a consulate overseas.
Note: If you are offered a place in a University program, this does not
guarantee you will be granted the student visa. You still need to qualify
with the U.S. immigration requirements for that visa.
