Default pending asylum

hi all,

i got my parents in a pending asylum in US, they're appealing for aylum,
which the judge refused their application. And now they must wait for the
final decision.
And my question : can my parents get travel document? i want to bring them
maybe to Europe for vacation, maybe for some weeks.

Okay, thanks in advance

What do you mean "travel document"? What passport do they hold? They don't
need anything from the US govt. They can leave the US if they wish.

They may be able to get travel document from their country of nationality.

Any US issued travel document would allow them to reenter the United States, so since they have no status to be here, the US government isn't going to issue them anything.

Once they leave the US they will most likely be deporting themselves.

Had similar experience.US will not issue any document for your parents,
because your parents have no status here. What kind of visa did they use to
come to US?

they use B-2.
I know they have no status here, but at least they have a pending asylum
case, is that right? i just read that they could get Advance Parole, but the
INS still warn that my parents will have to face the interview at the entry
gate immigration.

Vacation outside US in the midst of this pending case? Planning to
apply the same in another country?
