Hi,
My wife has lost her ability to re-enter the US via a visa waiver because while we resided in the United States she overstayed.
Now it "appears" that I *might* have a job opportunity in the United States. If this is the case and I do decide to leave her behind temporarily to re-establish ourselves I would like to know what other visa types would be available for her and our newborn to come see/live with me temporarily until our application process (via I-130) with the DHS in London is complete.
In talking to the consulate in Edinburgh, they specified that there were several options available and that London is very understanding in regards to the situation.
Could you verify this? and further to this indicate what the options might be (if any?)
Thanks
