Default original divorce decree to Ankara Turkey consulate

I sent in my original divorce decree to the INS with the i-129f package, which was
approved. (i am the usc) Does my fiance also have to arrive at the consulate (Ankara,
Turkey) for his interview with another original copy of my divorce decree to give
them along with all of his paperwork? I am confused.

Thanks for any and all help!
