Hey Can someone help me with this? My fiancee from the Philippines just was issued her K1
fiancee visa, I'm looking to book her flight about the middle of next week, so if some
could reply soon, Thanks in Advance. Do I need to get her a Round Trip ticket ) since it
is after a 90 day Visa ) or is a One way Okay since she is of course intending to stay. I
I've been told both by friends that have gotten their fiancee's. Which is correct?

Thanks everyone, Joe

Buy whatever is cheaper. Either is OK with the US INS and DOS personnel.

You can get good rates from Merle (pronounced Mer-Lee) at SAF Travelworld in
Philadelphia; and she can arrange the ticket pick-up in Manila (which, by
Philippine law is where they have to be picked up). They are consolidators for PAL
and KAL, among others.

They have an 800 number, but I can't find it. Their regular number is:
215-440-7200.

DUTCH (also married to a Filipina who came here on a K1) Regards,

Hi Joe,

THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED TO BE LEGAL ADVICE. I AM NOT A LAWYER. I DON'T EVEN PLAY
ONE ON TV!

You should never have to buy a round trip ticket for the holder of a K-1 visa and since
she already has the visa, I'd just get the one-way ticket.

I know how much you have come to love that embassy in Manila!
