Hello,
Advanced Parole NOA receipt notice says 60-90 day for processing.
How accurate is this time span?
Also, what exactly happens after the 60-90 day timeframe? Is the advanced
parole document simply sent to the applicant or does the applicant have to go
to the BCIS at 26 Federal Plaza to complete process??
Also, I've heard that applications for aos are now going to take the better
part of 3 years till the aos interview from the time the application is
received.
Thank you
James

My husband applied for his AP (NYC) by mail in February, and it was mailed to him in April (it had gone through MSC).

Hello!
I was in NYC today for my AOS Interview - the whole process take a
long time. I got my greencard though!!! I came over on a K1 visa in
Sept 2001 and married Oct and filed in Novemeber - so it has take over
2 and a half years! I don't believe anything has made the NYC
experience any faster. Hang on in there - I know it is tough.....

My wife applied for AP through NYC in December 2003... received NOAs from Missouri in Jan. 2004... did EAD and AOS biometrics on March 9.... still waiting for the AP and EAD.
We put in for a case status inquiry request through the 1-800 number last week. No word yet.
