Has anyone confirmed that NVC has received their petition with a 2nd NOA date 03/05/03 or later?

I find it hard to believe that it takes this long to get from Texas to New Hampshire.

NOA2 3/8/03 is not at NVC as of a couple of hours ago.

Called this morning and the recording said they have no record of my case. Somehow people are able to get to a live operator but I have yet to figure out how to do that.

There is gaps between calls. They are very tiny windows. You have to get in
one of those gaps to talk to a live person. That's why companies are using
automated type for customer services.

From the K3 side of the house as provided by Celine or Claudia:
NVC fax# : 603-334-0791
NVC# : 603-334-0700

If you call NVC, it's always busy. I tried probably 5 times and luckily got connected. As I remember:
Press 1 for English
Press 2 for Immigrant Visa Information
Press 5 for different letters mentioned in receipt #.( MSC is not one of them)
And then , you will be connected to a NVC operator to answer your questions.

I know it's frustrating to hear the busy signals. Just keep trying.
