Try calling between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm local time.
You will be getting busy instead of an automated answer. After 5 to 50 minutes of
trying you could talk to the live representative, who are, by the way, very
professional and helpful. Emialing is also your very good bet.
