NSC Closed 3/20 Due to Heavy Snow
Aila website says that NSC is closed. Don’t know when they will open. The info is restricted. Maybe AILA members can spread light on this

How would AILA members know? The item Matt referred to was more concerned with deadlines on filing -- if you sent something at a deadline, what procedures would be in place to allow "late" receipt of a submission. I'm not going to speak for Matt, but I would think that most people on this NG are more concerned with processing of things ALREADY in NSC. In light of the concerns of this NG, Matt gave EVERYTHING he knows.
