Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application
Hi all,
Have read this thread from the first to last reading and going through peoples sometimes desperate posts for any info they hope will make the all important email arrive sooner, I must admit I've been gutted for people who didn't get the email in time to go on their family holiday then have to read the guaranteed post from the resident experts on this site saying "they shouldn't have booked anything till the visa was in their hand" which is of course correct but still makes you want to punch their lights out as if it was his fault lol, but I just want to say that I appreciate the help the resident experts give on here and also the experiences people have had waiting to hear about their waiver, I myself am on week 13 so have a few months more to wait probably : ) at least I'm not sweating over holiday dates as mines for a B1/B2 visa. Anyway good luck anyone waiting. |

I get the impression it is more likely to be between 25-30 weeks at the moment but of course I am hoping the email will come any day now. |

I was just wondering what was ticked on your handout and if yours was for AP as you can track that on the website with you ref number
Not got my handout with me to check what clause number was ticked but like I say it was for possession of cannabis. Fingers crossed I will get my email soon but there is just no way of knowing and that's the frustrating part, wondering if and when it will ever come. |
Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application
