Didn't get round to it.

Read the paperwork again and it says ds160 number. Seeing as this is on the sheet to include I have sent it today to the Embassy as instructed.

A warning to others. You have to submit your passport to DX courier services in person (note the instructions state "2. Travel to a DX office"). This is fine if you live near a large city of choice. My nearest however is a three hour drive through potentially horrendous traffic, and when not at work, this happens to be only Saturday morning. Added to the fact that you have 30 days to send it off, please keep this in mind.

I just sent my special delivery to the London Embassy.

Will pick up from the courier in London.

OK, good to know. My instructions state only to use DX. I assume using your own courier is a viable option? Who did you address it to specifically?

Thanks for pointing that out. It does indeed say that Royal Mail Special delivery can be used at my own expense Great to know!

Hopefully near the end of this process and this last part feels the worst. So near yet so far.

I sent my passport the day I received the email (18th Sep) by Royal Mail and it was signed for on the morning of the 19th.

On the morning of the 20th the case date updated but it still says administrative processing. This is the same for mine, my wifes and my daughters.

Hopefully this will be the last weekend of waiting.....

Status never changes until it is issued it will just stay on admin processing

The email came at 15:45 yesterday i was expecting a week it seems the norm

As you sent yours in it will take longer but would guess early next week

I don't understand what you're worrying about. Your waiver has been granted, you have proof that the consulate have received your passport, and you know that it's all being processed. Stop treating it like such a big deal and just wait it out, however long it takes.

For the record, I sent mine off today, the status is still "refused", I wouldn't worry TBH.

I received my email today! 15th of June so about 14 weeks on the nose. 2nd waiver, for an E-2 visa. Last waiver took 5 weeks.

What a bloody relief.
