NOA for I-751: Good for travel/employment?

Default NOA for I-751: Good for travel/employment?

We have received the I-797C, Notice of Action, for my wife's I-751. It
includes this text:

YOUR ALIEN CARD IS EXTENDED 12 MONTHS - EMPLOYMENT AND TRAVEL
AUTHORIZED.

Does this mean that my wife can use this document to verify her employ-
ment authorization and re-enter the United States?

Yes. For travel, also carry the expired 2-year green card.

Yes Ian she is authorised for 12mths for both employment and travel.
It is pretty cut an dry what it says.
