NEW ROCHELLE SUPPORT CENTER ROCKS!!
Hi all,
after 5 years, I have just returned from my 1st pleasant INS experience at the
New Rochelle application support center. After arriving 45 mins early to a
waiting room of 2 people, I was met by very friendly staff who seemed happy
about the opportunity to take my fingerprints. The whole process took 10
minutes and I was out of there more than half an hour before my actual
appointment.
Maybe things are changing at last??
